COVID shop policies

We have some policy changes due to Covid-19. Please read over everything below and ask if you have questions. We are working to keep our clients and artists as safe as possible

✔️ We will be operating by appointment only and our lobby will be closed to the public. 

✅ Please come to your appointment alone to keep the number of people in the shop to a minimum. If you bring someone with you, we cannot let them in the building.   

😷 All clients must wear a face mask/covering at all times while in the shop. Please bring your own mask. If you forget it, we will have some available but we are asking folks to bring their own. 

⏰ Please do not arrive early to your appointment. We are staggering appointments and working to keep the number of people in the shop to a minimum. If you have a 3 p.m. appointment, for example, just come to the door at 3 p.m. and we will let you in shortly. (We can’t let you in at 2:30 p.m. if you arrive early. Sorry!)

🌡 When you enter the shop, we will have you use hand sanitizer and we will take your temperature with a touchless thermometer. 

🩺 If you have been ill or are experiencing any symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, body ache, sore throat, please let us know so we can reschedule you. You will not lose your deposit. If you have traveled, been exposed to someone exhibiting symptoms or been exposed to someone with Covid in the last 14 days, please tell us so we can reschedule you.
